Facility & Maintenance Manager

About the role

The Facility & Maintenance Manager will ensure the efficient operation of ASMO’s site by overseeing all aspects of facility maintenance, safety compliance, and administrative support. The role leads a team of technicians and works closely with cross‑functional departments to keep the plant running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ to mid‑term strategic plans aligned with corporate goals.
• Monitor, control, and report key performance indicators for the department.
• Oversee building infrastructure, equipment, and utilities to guarantee safe, reliable operation.
• Create and maintain preventative maintenance programs to maximise uptime.
• Schedule inspections, repairs, and routine maintenance with technicians.
• Manage external vendors and contractors for specialised services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of Facility & Maintenance Technicians.
• Coordinate budgeting, procurement, and record‑keeping with the Facility Admin Controller.
• Handle inventory management for maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality control teams to support seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing facility maintenance operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop technical teams.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
