Facility Supervisor

About the role

The Facility Supervisor will lead the daily operations of both hard and soft facility services for our developments in Jeddah, ensuring high standards of maintenance, safety and service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facility services, including preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire systems and civil works.
• Manage soft services such as hospitality, housekeeping, security, pest control and landscaping.
• Coordinate and monitor contractors and service providers, ensuring compliance with contracts, HSE and Saudi regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections, identify issues and drive timely corrective actions.
• Track service requests through CAFM/helpdesk systems and ensure prompt closure.
• Maintain records, logs and prepare operational reports, including inventory and store status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or Facilities Management.
• 4–6 years of experience in facility management, preferably in residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong leadership and team supervision abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of MEP systems, civil works and building operations.
• Proficiency with CAFM systems such as IBM Maximo.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with Saudi regulations (Civil Defense, HSE).
• Experience using Oracle for purchase requests and processing.
