Project Manager – Construction

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction and engineering projects for our consultancy in Jeddah. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to delivery, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, budget and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from start to finish.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.

Required profile

• Must hold a transferable Iqama.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience, preferably in a similar role within reputable consultancy companies.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and contract management (FIDIC or similar).
• Familiarity with construction methodologies, sequencing, and resource planning.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Power BI, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience using design software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP.
