About the role
The Field Assistant supports the Field Supervisor in delivering exploration field programs. Working on site, you will assist with a variety of sampling, drilling, and surveying activities essential to mineral exploration.
Key responsibilities
- Perform trench sampling and core cutting, handling drill core and RC samples.
- Conduct geophysical ground surveys and topographic surveys.
- Execute downhole surveys and water monitoring tasks.
- Handle core trays, maintain the core yard, and ensure equipment readiness.
- Support the field team with logistics and safety compliance on a daily basis.
Required profile
- High school diploma; a higher diploma is preferred.
- At least 2 years of relevant field experience in exploration or related sectors.
- Experience working within multinational teams.
- Full, valid driving licence.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and environmental standards.
