Field Operator – Pressure Pumping

About the role

Join a world‑class oilfield services team as a Field Operator Level III, responsible for operating coil‑tubing units and pressure‑pumping equipment on well sites. You will work in remote locations, supporting a variety of well‑intervention tasks while ensuring safety and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Operate coil‑tubing units and associated pressure‑control equipment during field operations.
• Execute pumping, nitrogen lifting, cleanouts, acidizing and other CT interventions.
• Assist with rig‑up and rig‑down activities at well sites.
• Monitor job parameters, report abnormalities and maintain accurate operational records.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and ensure proper handling of CT strings.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 operators and coordinate with supervisors and engineers.
• Comply with all HSE policies, participate in safety meetings and report hazards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in coil‑tubing operations and well‑intervention services.
• Strong knowledge of CT equipment, pressure‑control and pumping systems.
• H2S and First‑Aid certifications preferred.
• Willingness to work in remote locations and rotational shift patterns.
