HSE Site Lead

About the role

Airproducts is seeking an HSE Site Lead for its Jubail facility in Saudi Arabia. The role serves as the competent authority for health, safety, security and environment, driving the implementation of the company’s HSSE strategy and fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the site competent authority and focal point for all HSE matters.
• Lead implementation of the company’s HSSE strategy, policies and systems at the site level.
• Represent the company with regulatory and government authorities.
• Conduct internal HSSE assessments, audits and assurance programs, reporting performance to line management.
• Design and execute HSSE campaigns to enhance safety culture and awareness.
• Perform site safety assessments, incident investigations and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop, coordinate and enforce HSSE training programs for staff and contractors.
• Monitor contractor HSSE management and ensure zero‑tolerance for deviations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior HSE authority on an industrial site.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian health, safety, security and environmental regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead audits, investigations and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with regulators, senior management and workforce.
