Field Sales Representative

About the role

The Field Sales Representative acts as the front‑line for the sales operations team, ensuring timely order processing, meeting sales targets, and maintaining operational fundamentals at the store level. This role is essential for driving consistent sales performance across key retailer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned customers and cities across the defined product range.
• Initiate and follow up on regular customer orders to avoid invoicing and supply delays.
• Coordinate promotional order quantities and ensure promotions are invoiced and executed according to weekly plans.
• Execute weekly store‑visit journey plans, addressing customer needs and monitoring store performance.
• Manage SKU ordering brackets to maintain sufficient stock and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Develop strong relationships with category and store managers to align operational activities.
• Ensure business fundamentals—availability, visibility, pricing, and promotions—are implemented in visited stores.
• Collaborate with merchandising and agency field teams to guarantee full execution of trade activities and activations.
• Report new store openings, closures, promotional feedback, and competitive initiatives for internal analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in retail or field sales.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate orders, promotions, and store visits.
