Finance Director – Strategic Business Leader

About the role

The Finance Director acts as the strategic financial business leader for the property, shaping and executing financial strategies that support the brand’s service objectives and ROI goals. This senior role partners with property managers to align financial planning with overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement property‑wide financial strategies, including profit improvement initiatives and new business opportunities.
• Create, monitor, and adjust the annual operating budget and forecast sales versus expenses.
• Analyze actual performance against budget, identify cost‑saving and productivity opportunities, and provide analytical support during budget reviews.
• Maintain strong accounting and operational controls to safeguard assets and enhance profitability.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports, market trend analysis, and risk‑management controls.
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial plans with the brand’s strategic objectives.

Required profile

• 4‑year Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (or Master’s degree with reduced experience requirement).
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Proven ability to conduct strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
