Finance Manager – E-Commerce

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead financial management, planning and analysis for the company’s e‑commerce operations. This role transforms commercial and operational data into actionable insights that support executive decision‑making, sustainable growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the finance function, set priorities and develop financial policies aligned with business strategy.
• Oversee the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance and strong internal controls.
• Drive FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management and working‑capital optimization.
• Produce integrated financial models linking sales, marketing, inventory, costs, cash flow and profitability.
• Analyze performance versus budget, forecast and actuals; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity analyses to support decisions on growth, pricing, investment and resource allocation.
• Partner with e‑commerce, marketing, sales, operations and supply‑chain leaders as a strategic finance business partner.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading finance functions in a fast‑moving e‑commerce or digital retail environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into clear business insights.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with cross‑functional senior leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain complex financial models.
• Track record of improving financial performance, liquidity and working‑capital efficiency.
