Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of The House Hotel in Jeddah. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure accurate accounting, compliance, and timely financial reporting for the property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all day‑to‑day financial activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, forecasts and variance analyses in line with corporate and ownership requirements.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships and treasury functions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, internal controls and audit standards.
• Coordinate with the revenue, operations and F&B teams to support cost control and profitability initiatives.
• Lead the month‑end and year‑end closing processes and produce financial reports for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of finance experience in the hospitality or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proven ability to work with accounting systems, POS and PMS platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
