Finance Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our retail and e‑commerce finance operations. The role will oversee month‑end closing, reporting, cash flow and inventory accounting while driving process improvements across the finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead month‑ and year‑end closing, ensure full IFRS compliance and produce accurate financial statements.
• Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain and Digital teams to monitor channel performance, sales, gross margin and OPEX.
• Oversee inventory accounting, stock provisions, write‑offs and POS‑to‑GL reconciliations, investigating COGS variances.
• Manage daily liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and vendor payment planning.
• Support the Finance Director in annual budgeting, long‑term forecasting and variance analysis.
• Ensure VAT and statutory filings are accurate, coordinate external audits and comply with local regulations (ZATCA).
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance team, setting performance objectives and fostering accountability.
• Drive ERP enhancements, automate manual workflows and strengthen internal reporting controls.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA or CMA preferred.
• 10‑12 years of finance and accounting experience, preferably in retail, consumer or e‑commerce organisations.
• Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial controls.
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes and implement automation.
