Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will be a key member of the finance team, responsible for driving the financial strategy, governance and performance of the organization’s operations in Saudi Arabia. This senior role requires deep experience in the pharmaceutical industry, regulated markets and complex supply chains, and will work closely with the CFO and Board to support long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the overall financial strategy aligned with global business objectives and partner with the CFO and Board.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and performance tracking across business units.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, Saudi regulations and pharmaceutical pricing structures.
• Manage financial aspects of API and formulation businesses, including costing, margins and pricing strategies.
• Develop and implement enterprise risk management frameworks and oversee internal and external audit readiness.
• Engage with investors, banks and auditors, support fundraising and present financial performance to the Board.
• Build and lead high‑performing finance teams across geographies, driving a culture of accountability and succession planning.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant / CPA / MBA Finance or equivalent.
• 3‑8 years of progressive finance leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in GCC/Middle‑East markets, preferably based in Saudi Arabia.
• Exposure to USFDA and SFDA regulated environments.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale finance operations and transformation initiatives.
