Financial Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Financial Accountant to join our team in Jeddah. The role involves managing day‑to‑day accounting activities, supporting month‑end close and ensuring compliance with local financial policies.

Key responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate daily accounting transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and periodic financial reports.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, issue invoices and follow up on collections.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and year‑end financial closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures and accounting standards.
• Support budgeting, expense monitoring and financial analysis.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation.
• Assist with audit requirements and statutory reporting when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting experience.
• Previous experience in Real Estate Development or Facilities Management is preferred.
• Knowledge of VAT regulations and Saudi accounting practices is an advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
