Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

About the role

Tahreez Company, part of Alturki Holdings, is seeking a detail‑oriented Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis that underpin strategic decisions across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and govern all financial reporting, delivering monthly, weekly and ad‑hoc analysis of business trends and performance.
• Analyze variances against budget/forecast and communicate findings across functions.
• Lead the multi‑year financial business plan, annual budget and forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for new business initiatives and strategic decisions.
• Partner with department heads to monitor spending, identify cost‑saving opportunities and support cash‑flow forecasting.
• Prepare management reports, dashboards and board presentations, and drive process improvements to streamline reporting cycles.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (MBA/CFA a plus).
• 3–6 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance function.

Required skills

• Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities.
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
