Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Nutrilio is a fast‑growing wellness brand looking for a hands‑on Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join the leadership team in Riyadh. You will work directly with the founder and senior managers to build a finance operating system that supports rapid expansion across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial planning models, cash‑flow forecasts and profitability analyses.
• Provide commercial decision support by analysing channel performance, SKU profitability and customer value.
• Drive accounting control, reporting, and tax coordination to ensure financial compliance.
• Partner with sales, operations, supply‑chain and marketing to embed finance into day‑to‑day decision making.
• Implement and optimise reporting tools and dashboards for real‑time visibility.

Required profile

• Analytical, commercially‑minded finance professional with at least 5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Proven ability to work in high‑growth consumer brands and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and a self‑starter attitude.
