Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

About the role

Hays have partnered with a large Holding Group seeking a Group FP&A Manager to join their team in Jeddah. The manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, performance management and reporting, acting as a strategic partner to the CFO and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Group’s financial planning, forecasting, performance management and management reporting agenda.
• Provide leadership and direction to subsidiary finance teams on FP&A matters.
• Drive consistency in financial planning and reporting across the Group.
• Ensure clear visibility of the Group’s financial performance, outlook, risks and opportunities for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualification such as CMA, CPA, ACCA or CIMA.
• 10+ years progressive experience, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.
• Proven FP&A, corporate finance or performance‑management experience in a large group or multinational environment.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
