Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager

About the role

The Financial Reporting & Consolidation Manager will lead the group‑wide consolidation process for a major holding company based in Jeddah. This senior position reports directly to the Group Financial Controller and requires immediate availability.

Key responsibilities

• Direct multi‑entity monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation across all holding subsidiaries.
• Lead preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local statutory regulations.
• Manage complex intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, equity accounting and unrealised profit adjustments.
• Deliver analytical board packs, variance reports and executive presentation decks.
• Serve as primary liaison with Big 4 auditors and establish standardized group‑wide accounting policies, chart of accounts and internal controls.
• Drive consolidation system automation and ERP improvements, follow up on internal audit action plans and lead ad‑hoc group financial reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; active CPA, ACCA or CA qualification is mandatory.
• 7–10 years of progressive financial reporting experience, including prior experience at a Big 4 accounting firm.
• Minimum three years of experience working in the GCC region.
• Proven track record of leading complex, multi‑entity consolidations for holding structures.
• Fluent English (verbal and written) and current residence in Saudi Arabia.
