About the role
KBR is seeking a Flagman to manage vehicle movement and ensure safety on its work sites. The role is essential for maintaining smooth traffic flow and protecting personnel and equipment.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and control traffic on site to prevent accidents.
- Ensure safe driving practices in accordance with site rules.
- Apply HSE regulations specific to SATORP operations.
- Maintain proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in scheduled safety and technical training.
- Complete competency‑based training programs as required.
Required profile
- Minimum of 3 years experience in traffic control or a similar safety role.
- Familiarity with HSE standards and PPE usage.
- Ability to follow strict safety procedures and guidelines.
Required skills
- Traffic control techniques.
- PPE selection and proper use.
- HSE compliance knowledge.
