Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Foreign Purchasing & Logistics Specialist to lead our international procurement activities and ensure seamless logistics operations. The role will focus on sourcing, supplier management, and maintaining an efficient supply‑chain flow for imports and exports.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and negotiate with overseas suppliers to secure competitive terms.
• Coordinate import and export processes, including documentation, customs clearance and shipment tracking.
• Monitor logistics performance, resolve operational issues and guarantee on‑time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal procurement policies.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align supply requirements with production schedules.
• Analyse procurement data to drive cost‑efficiency and performance improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in international purchasing and logistics.
• Strong knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations.
• Proven ability to work with shipping and logistics partners.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems for procurement and logistics.
