FRA Accountant

About the role

The FRA Accountant supports financial accounting, reporting, and compliance across the organization. Working closely with local and regional finance teams, the role ensures accurate books, adherence to internal controls, and timely financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update books of accounts in SAP and Excel, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Verify daily financial transactions such as supplier payments and employee claims.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports, including actuals, budgets, forecasts, and cash‑flow statements.
• Coordinate with regional teams to deliver timely and accurate reporting.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, AFCM, and local tax regulations; support audit processes.
• Perform balance‑sheet reconciliations (bank, fixed assets, supplier confirmations) and maintain related documentation.
• Process accounts payable and receivable in line with defined KPIs and provide ad‑hoc support for distributor‑related activities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (KSA FRA team, Head of Finance, BPA, regional finance teams) on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and automation of financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial processes, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Professional certification in Accounting or Auditing is a plus.
• Proven track record in financial controls and process improvement.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
