Freelance Reporting Designer / Creative

About the role

We are seeking talented freelance senior designers and creatives to join our team for the upcoming reporting season. You will work on high‑profile annual and regulatory reports, turning complex business and ESG narratives into clear, compelling visual stories for global organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual systems that balance brand expression with regulatory requirements.
• Design high‑quality report pages, infographics, and data visualisations with meticulous attention to detail.
• Present design rationale to clients and senior stakeholders, incorporate feedback, and guide best practices.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services, Design Directors, Consultants, and Production teams to meet demanding deadlines.
• Contribute ideas throughout the project lifecycle, from concept development to final delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience on large annual, ESG, or other complex corporate reports.
• Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and editorial design excellence.
• Ability to simplify complex information while maintaining accuracy and integrity.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
• For senior‑level support: confident client‑facing experience, strategic mindset, and ability to balance creativity with commercial and regulatory considerations.
