Front Desk Agent

About the role

The Front Desk Agent is the first point of contact for guests at our property in Madinah. You will ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, handle payments, and resolve guest issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist staff with expediting problem payments and follow up on guest satisfaction.
• Process all guest check‑ins, assign rooms, issue and activate room keys.
• Handle all payment types (cash, checks, debit, credit) and resolve disputed charges.
• Anticipate sold‑out situations and secure alternative accommodations when needed.
• Answer and record guest calls, messages, and requests; coordinate with Housekeeping for room readiness.
• Run daily arrival/departure reports, verify accuracy, and document shift logs.
• Count cash at shift start/end, balance receipts, and drop them according to accounting procedures.
• Support management in training, coaching, and safety reporting.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related hospitality experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
