General Manager – Development

About the role

The General Manager, Development will lead the growth of a privately‑owned Saudi real‑estate developer’s pipeline across the Kingdom. Reporting to senior leadership, you will originate, evaluate and deliver development projects from land acquisition to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and originate proprietary development opportunities across Saudi Arabia.
• Build investment cases, secure land, capital and partnership agreements.
• Lead projects through feasibility, design, procurement, construction and hand‑over.
• Develop and manage a high‑performing internal development team.
• Maintain and expand a senior network of landowners, investors and institutional partners.

Required profile

• Proven track record with a recognised Saudi real‑estate developer.
• Direct experience in originating and delivering development projects.
• Strong relationships within the Saudi real‑estate market, especially in Riyadh, Al Khobar and the Eastern Province.
• Ability to work across land negotiations, investment propositions and commercial contracts.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.

• Competitive salary of SAR 80,000–85,000 per month.
