General Manager – Industrial Company (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead an industrial company operating in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for steering the business toward operational excellence, driving growth, and ensuring high performance across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve production targets and profitability goals.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering collaboration between engineering, production, maintenance, and commercial departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators, prepare reports for senior leadership, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in an equivalent senior leadership role within an industrial setting.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
• Proven track record of managing teams, business operations, and delivering measurable performance improvements.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making, and communication abilities.
