OT Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an OT Cybersecurity Engineer for a 12‑month extendable contract based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, covering both onshore and offshore assignments. The role follows a 28‑day on / 7‑ or 15‑day off rotation and involves safeguarding operational technology assets in the oil & gas sector.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity measures for onshore and offshore facilities.
• Perform commissioning, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) on control systems.
• Conduct loop checks, troubleshooting, and incident response for DeltaV DCS/SIS environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with industry security standards.
• Provide technical support during offshore rotations and ensure continuous protection of critical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OT cybersecurity or industrial networking.
• Hands‑on experience with DeltaV DCS and SIS platforms.
• Proven track record in commissioning, FAT/SAT, loop checks and troubleshooting.
• Relevant OT cybersecurity certification (e.g., GICSP, IEC 62443).
• Experience in oil & gas or other heavy‑industry environments is highly desirable.
