Alinma Bank offers a three‑month Training Program for Fresh Graduates designed to give recent graduates hands‑on experience in the banking sector, insights from seasoned professionals, and the foundational skills needed for a successful finance career.

Key responsibilities

• Gain hands‑on experience in banking operations aligned with current market needs.
• Learn directly from Alinma Bank leaders and experienced industry professionals.

Required profile

• Holder of a Diploma, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, graduating in 2025 or later.
• Not employed during the past six months.
• Successful completion of personal interviews.
• Targeted majors include Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Data Analytics, Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Management Information Systems (MIS), Industrial Engineering, Risk Management, and Business Administration (all specializations).
