Graphic Designer – Interior & Ceramic Design

About the role

The Graphic Designer will create and furnish interior environments for exhibitions, showrooms, dealer shops and residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The role focuses on developing ceramic and porcelain product designs and translating interior concepts into practical, aesthetic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to define scheme preferences, budgets, and functional requirements for interior projects.
• Develop ceramic and porcelain design concepts, produce sketches, drawings, and illustrations, and estimate material needs and costs.
• Select and procure furnishings, artworks, and accessories; subcontract fabrication, installation, and finishing works.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction specifications for custom applications.
• Coordinate with engineering, marketing, production, and sales teams to align design concepts with business objectives.
• Present design proposals to committees, incorporate feedback, and ensure compliance with budget and schedule constraints.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic or interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Art or a related field preferred.
• Creative, innovative mindset with a strong sense of color and awareness of current design trends.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
