Graphic Designer

About the role

The Graphic Designer is responsible for defining requirements, visualising and creating graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, photos and marketing materials. The role shapes the visual aspects of websites, brochures and menu boards to capture the attention of target markets.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with the Marketing team to understand campaign goals and translate them into visual concepts.
• Design advertisements, logos, menus, MUPI, brochures, signage, web pages and other branding materials.
• Create graphics by hand or using computer software, ensuring they are on‑brand and visually appealing.
• Pitch ideas for marketing promotions and revise designs to meet specifications.
• Study design briefs, determine requirements and ensure final layouts meet brand standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media or related graphic design work.
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design abilities.
