Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to own the full growth strategy for an established digital product with an active customer base. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will lead marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, leveraging AI‑powered workflows to accelerate delivery and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the end‑to‑end growth strategy across multiple channels, driving acquisition and retention.
• Plan, launch and analyse marketing campaigns, continuously optimising performance and ROI.
• Develop and manage email and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing and personalization.
• Run conversion rate optimisation experiments on landing pages, pricing pages, sign‑up and checkout flows.
• Create high‑quality content such as blog articles, landing pages, lead magnets and social media posts using AI‑assisted tools.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows with platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Monitor performance through analytics platforms, identify growth opportunities and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, support, SEO and leadership teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuously test new AI tools and technologies to improve marketing efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, preferably as a founding or sole marketer in a small, execution‑focused team.
• Proven track record designing and executing AI‑powered marketing workflows that boost productivity.
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into scalable growth initiatives.
• Deep expertise in email marketing and lifecycle management.
