Growth Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Growth Manager to own the end‑to‑end growth strategy for an established digital product with an active customer base in Saudi Arabia. You will lead marketing initiatives from strategy through execution, leveraging AI‑powered workflows to accelerate delivery and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the full growth strategy across acquisition, activation, retention and revenue channels.
• Design, launch and optimise email and lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation, A/B testing and personalization.
• Run conversion rate optimisation experiments on landing pages, sign‑up flows, pricing and checkout experiences.
• Create high‑quality marketing content (landing pages, blog posts, lead magnets, social media) using AI‑assisted tools.
• Build and maintain marketing automation workflows with platforms such as n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Monitor performance with analytics platforms, identify growth opportunities and present data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, support, SEO and leadership teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
• Continuously evaluate new AI tools and technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on growth marketing experience, preferably in a small, execution‑focused team.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering AI‑enhanced marketing workflows.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical and experimentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive rapid execution.
