About the role
As a Guest Experience Expert you will guide guests through every stage of their stay, creating memorable and unique experiences. You will be empowered to move across the property, address needs promptly, and ensure high standards of service and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services throughout the guest’s stay, including check‑in, check‑out and personalized assistance.
- Process operational needs, address guest requests promptly, and complete required reports.
- Share local area highlights and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a safe, professional appearance and adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required; entry‑level candidates welcome.
- No supervisory experience needed.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking and lifting objects up to 10 lb.
