Guest Experience Planning Supervisor – Spa & Wellness

About the role

The Guest Experience Planning Supervisor ensures that every guest at Miraval The Red Sea receives a seamless, personalized journey from pre‑arrival to departure. Working within the Spa & Wellness Operations department, the role coordinates with Reservations, Front Office, Concierge, Sales, and Events teams to translate guest preferences and wellness goals into accurate itineraries.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of the Experience Planning team, maintaining consistent service standards.
• Support pre‑arrival and in‑house itinerary planning based on guest preferences, wellness packages, and special requests.
• Review and validate guest itineraries for personalization, balance, accuracy, and operational feasibility.
• Assist Experience Planners with complex bookings, VIP guests, special occasions, and last‑minute changes.
• Coordinate closely with Reservations, Front Office, and Concierge to align room allocations, activity schedules, and spa treatments.
• Monitor changes to arrivals, departures, or room reservations that could impact scheduled experiences.
• Facilitate communication across all operational teams to ensure smooth execution of retreats, groups, and special programs.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months (2 years) of experience in hospitality guest experience or itinerary planning.
• Proven ability to supervise a team and manage complex guest requests.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to enhancing the guest journey.
• Familiarity with luxury resort operations and wellness programming.
