Handover Specialist – Property Transfer

About the role

The Handover Specialist is responsible for managing the final transfer of completed properties to buyers, ensuring a seamless, professional experience. This role focuses on quality assurance, documentation, and client satisfaction throughout the handover process.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end property handover, from pre‑handover checks to final sign‑off.
• Maintain constructive relationships with clients via phone, email, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Investigate and resolve client complaints and queries promptly.
• Conduct pre‑handover inspections, manage snagging, and follow up on defects.
• Prepare, collect, and file all legal and technical handover documents.
• Liaise with sales, legal, finance, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment.
• Produce progress reports and update client information in the CRM system.
• Support the Handover Manager with statistical reporting and strategic insights.
