About the role

The Sales Specialist will drive the execution of sales strategies for land investment opportunities, aiming to meet quarterly and annual targets. The role involves presenting properties to prospective clients, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve approved quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Execute sales plans to attract prospective customers and maximize opportunities.
• Communicate with customers via phone, digital platforms, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Deliver professional presentations highlighting investment advantages of land opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to complete sales processes and close transactions efficiently.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints, providing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance and transaction updates.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document feedback for product improvement.
• Monitor competitors’ offerings and market trends, offering observations and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotional campaigns supporting sales objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or equivalent.
• FAL License – Real estate brokerage certification.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in real estate sales.
