About the role
The Head of Real Estate will be responsible for managing, monitoring and controlling real‑estate assets across KSA and the GCC. This includes land sourcing, development, sales and ongoing maintenance to maximise investment performance and align with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and monitor real‑estate assets from acquisition through development, sale and maintenance, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Develop annual business plans, budgets, compensation structures and execution strategies for each asset, collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
- Lead due‑diligence on new acquisitions, drive day‑to‑day operations, control expenses, manage revenue and staffing.
- Collaborate with construction teams on scope, pricing, design and capital improvements while balancing operational considerations.
- Oversee cash management, lease contracts, registrations, valuations and ensure high‑quality facility management services.
