About the role
Suknai Hotels & Resorts is looking for an accomplished Hotel General Manager to join our growing portfolio in Saudi Arabia. We are seeking a passionate hospitality leader with a proven track record in 4- and 5-star hotels, combining operational excellence, commercial acumen, and strong people leadership.
Required profile
- Proven leadership experience within reputable 4- or 5-star hotels.
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Hotel Manager, or senior hotel executive.
- Strong expertise across hotel operations, guest experience, and quality standards.
- A commercial mindset with solid experience in revenue performance, budgeting, cost control, and profitability.
- A strong track record of building, leading, and developing high‑performing teams.
- Sound understanding of key hotel performance indicators, including Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
