HR Business Partner Manager

About the role

The company, a leading designer and manufacturer of advanced electrical products for utility and industrial projects in Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner Manager. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, workforce planning, talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Develop and manage performance management and employee appraisal processes.
• Oversee employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance handling and conflict resolution in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
• Manage HR operations on government platforms such as Qiwa, including contracts, transfers and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise payroll processes to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely execution.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, including structures, job architecture and workforce planning.
• Coach and develop the HR team, supporting talent management, succession planning, learning and development and employee engagement.
• Monitor HR KPIs and provide data‑driven insights to improve productivity, retention and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing HR teams.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Qiwa and other Saudi government HR regulatory platforms.
