HR Consulting Manager

About the role

The HR Consulting Manager will lead consulting engagements for external clients, delivering strategic people solutions that enable organisational transformation and improve business performance. Based in Saudi Arabia, the role requires close collaboration with senior client stakeholders to design and implement HR operating models, workforce plans and talent strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR consulting projects, from proposal development through delivery and post‑implementation support.
• Design and refine HR operating models, organisation structures, workforce plans and succession frameworks.
• Advise clients on talent management, leadership assessment, compensation, benefits and performance management systems.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and delivering measurable value.
• Oversee project timelines, budgets and resources while coordinating cross‑functional teams.
• Support business development activities, including proposal writing and market outreach.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in HR consulting, management consulting or HR transformation, preferably with a Big‑Four or Tier‑1/2 consulting firm.
• Proven track record of leading HR consulting engagements and managing senior client relationships.
• Strong analytical, presentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Experience in proposal development and business‑development support is highly valued.
