HR Manager

About the role

DataVolt is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of generalist HR activities for a new business unit in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll coordination, performance management and ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including visa and immigration handling (Iqama issuance/renewals, work visas, business visas, exit/re‑entry visas).
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with Finance and the payroll department.
• Address employee queries, grievances and workplace issues, supporting engagement, retention and development initiatives.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
• Prepare, issue, renew and amend employment contracts through the Qiwa platform and liaise with Government Relations on GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem and other permits.
• Administer medical insurance enrolment and employee benefits, and support compensation and benefits administration.
• Support performance management processes, promotions, transfers and disciplinary actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM or PHRi) preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and KSA employment regulations.
• 7+ years of relevant HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory HR Manager role.
• Hands‑on experience in onboarding, off‑boarding, payroll coordination, employee relations and HR operations.
• Experience working in a fast‑growing, rapidly scaling organisation is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with KSA government platforms: Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem.
