About the role
The Project HSE Manager will oversee Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements on projects, ensuring full compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce HSE policies across project sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Prepare and present HSE reports to senior management.
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC).
- Level 6 qualification or equivalent (e.g., NVQ5 in HS, BSc HS Diploma, OTHM Level 6) – preferred.
- More than 8 years of HSE experience on similar projects.
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditor certification.
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Membership of IOSH, IIRSM, or equivalent – preferred but not mandatory.
Required skills
- NEBOSH IGC.
- NVQ5 in Health & Safety or equivalent.
- BSc Health & Safety Diploma.
- OTHM Level 6.
- ISO 45001 Internal Auditing.
- ISO 14001 Internal Auditing.
- IOSH or IIRSM membership.
