Human Resource Information System Manager

About the role

We are partnering with a leading organization in Saudi Arabia to hire an experienced HRIS Manager. The role will lead the HR technology landscape, drive system optimisation and support the company’s digital HR transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and continuously improve the HRIS platform.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring stability, performance and data integrity.
• Oversee HRIS implementations, system upgrades, testing and release management.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams on system integrations and process enhancements.
• Configure the system, produce reports and manage HR data.
• Drive user adoption through training, documentation and end‑user support.
• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives, identifying automation and optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security and best practice standards.

Required profile

• Approximately 10+ years of HR experience, including 2–3+ years dedicated to HRIS.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record managing HRIS implementations, upgrades, troubleshooting and user support.
• Experience with HR processes, data management and system integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of SAP HANA is highly desirable.
