About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a detail‑oriented Human Resources Assistant to support its remote team. You will play a key part in daily HR operations, employee record management, and recruitment coordination while helping maintain a positive employee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including interview scheduling and coordination.
- Assist with job postings, candidate communication, and recruitment tracking.
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, internal communications, and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Use HR systems and administrative tools to keep data integrity and improve workflows.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment support, or related administration.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional handling of confidential information.
- Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- High school diploma required; further HR or business education is a plus.
Required skills
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
