Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function for our operations in Saudi Arabia, shaping strategy and overseeing day‑to‑day activities across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own HR strategy and daily operations across KSA.
• Manage workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, career progression and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Nitaqat/Saudization, GOSI, Wage Protection System and all MHRSD regulations.
• Design and benchmark compensation and benefits structures against the local market.
• Lead employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary processes and conflict management.
• Partner with senior leadership on organizational design, headcount budgeting and succession planning.
• Develop, maintain and enforce HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.
• Administer HRIS, produce analytics and reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Drive employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Manage government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, etc.) and liaise with external legal counsel.
• Oversee payroll accuracy in coordination with Finance.
• Lead, coach and develop the HR team, building internal capability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably in FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Experience in organizations of 500+ employees.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance.
• Proven stability in previous roles and experience in a multinational environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and matrix‑organization skills.
