About the role
The ICQA Researcher will conduct detailed, high‑quality investigations of inventory adjustments and transactions, supporting operational improvement initiatives. Working closely with the operations team, you will provide data‑driven insights to identify root causes of defects and enhance overall warehouse performance.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain data collection processes and management systems.
- Ensure data integrity with a target of 0% error rate.
- Design queries, compile data, and generate reports using MS Access and Excel.
- Create charts and graphs for clear reporting.
- Research defect trends in depth.
- Perform data entry and collection as required.
- Conduct data mining and problem‑solving activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Self‑motivated professional comfortable working on the warehouse floor.
- Ability to learn independently.
Required skills
- MS Access.
- Excel.
- SQL (or equivalent data‑querying experience).
