In-Room Dining Coordinator

About the role

The In‑Room Dining Coordinator supports the guest experience by managing reservations, handling guest inquiries and maintaining accurate records for the in‑room dining service at our luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, update and retrieve information from computer databases, including reservations and guest records.
• Transmit documents and information via computer, email or fax and operate standard office equipment.
• Prepare letters, memos and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, date‑stamp and distribute as required.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for reports and business transactions.
• Compile, copy, sort and file records of office activities and business transactions.
• Use point‑of‑sale (POS) systems to enter and locate work‑related information.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities and ensure a professional appearance.
• Answer telephone calls with appropriate etiquette and communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Support team goals, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Lift, move or carry objects up to 10 lb without assistance and perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and maintain a clean, professional appearance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment and respond to employee concerns.
• Physical ability to lift and move items up to 10 lb.
