Inbound Sales Specialist

About the role

As an Inbound Sales Specialist at WheeKeep, you will be the first point of contact for every lead that arrives via web, WhatsApp, calls, or campaigns. Your mission is to turn these inbound inquiries into paid storage contracts while meeting monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Convert inbound leads into signed rentals, achieving a monthly sales quota.
• Quickly qualify leads on unit size, duration, location and urgency, and aim to quote and close on the same call.
• Persistently follow up on open and lapsed leads until they are closed or disqualified.
• Upsell larger units, longer terms, and add‑on services at the point of sale.
• Record every interaction in the CRM to keep pipeline, conversion rates and lead sources accurate.
• Retain and reactivate existing customers approaching the end of their term.
• Provide lead‑quality and objection insights to Marketing to sharpen spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with individual targets (inside sales, telesales, real‑estate, telecom, fintech, etc.).
• Proven track record you can quantify (target vs. actual results).
• Comfortable negotiating price and handling objections without escalation.
• Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English.
• Hands‑on experience using a CRM such as HubSpot, Odoo or Salesforce.
• Fast, organized, competitive and motivated by ranking.
