Information Technology Help Desk Support

About the role

The Information Technology Help Desk Support position at Albaap provides first‑level technical assistance to internal users in Riyadh. You will respond to service requests, diagnose issues, and resolve hardware, software, and network problems while ensuring a secure and stable IT environment.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, log, and resolve user tickets in the service management system.
• Diagnose and fix hardware, software, and network incidents.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and workstation configurations.
• Install and configure workstations, peripherals, and related software.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior IT staff when necessary.
• Document solutions and follow established IT procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver clear user guidance and courteous service.

Required profile

• Strong troubleshooting ability and attention to detail.
• Good time‑management skills and adherence to IT policies.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior help‑desk or technical support experience preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ are a plus.
