Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Information Technology Infrastructure Specialist to maintain and support our network, server, and cloud environments across headquarters, branches, factories and warehouses. The role ensures secure, reliable connectivity for on‑premises systems and Microsoft Azure services while providing day‑to‑day operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, VPNs and internet connectivity.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance and connectivity issues.
• Maintain secure links between sites, data centers and Microsoft Azure.
• Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and virtualization platforms.
• Assist with Azure networking services, virtual networks, VPN Gateway and hybrid infrastructure.
• Implement network security measures, firewall policies, MFA and access controls.
• Perform backups, patching, preventive maintenance and disaster recovery testing.
• Keep technical documentation, network diagrams and infrastructure records up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in IT infrastructure, networking or systems administration.
• Good knowledge of LAN, WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routing and switching.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware or Hyper‑V and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
