Infrastructure Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an Infrastructure Administrator to join our IT team and ensure the reliable operation of our Linux and Windows environments. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure agents while adhering to security and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure agents on Linux and Windows servers, ensuring standardization and security compliance.
• Perform system administration tasks such as OS configuration, patching, hardening, and lifecycle management of agents.
• Deploy and manage enterprise tools including monitoring agents, backup solutions, endpoint security, SIEM and EDR.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, and Change Management, documenting all actions and approvals.
• Monitor system health and performance, proactively resolving issues and conducting root‑cause analysis.
• Support Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity planning, testing, and execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for troubleshooting, upgrades, and deployments.
• Maintain accurate operational documentation and knowledge‑base articles.
• Automate routine tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration, preferably within a banking environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and production support with defined SLAs.
