About the role
Maison Care is seeking a female Inside Sales Representative for skin and hair care to work in its women‑only beauty and care centre in Riyadh. The role involves greeting clients, understanding their needs and recommending and selling appropriate treatments and products.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome female clients and assess their skin and hair care needs.
- Explain treatments, services and products clearly and professionally.
- Recommend suitable solutions based on each client’s requirements.
- Sell treatments and products within the centre.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the centre team to deliver a premium client experience.
Required profile
- Background in pharmacy, medical sciences, beauty or skin & hair care (preferred).
- Previous experience in sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and persuasion abilities.
- Professional appearance and attention to detail.
- Passion for beauty, skincare and haircare.
